Reckless dirt bike rider speeds through stop sign

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible failure-to-yield incident involving a black dirt-bike-style motorcycle with no license plates and a rider wearing a white helmet. The motorcycle reportedly sped northbound at about 80 miles per hour and ran a stop sign near the intersection of Old 44 and eastbound 44 in the Millville area.
