Wires down reported on South Main Street sidewalk

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a report of wires down on the sidewalk near South Main Street and the area of Corning Avenue and Curtis Avenue. Units also referenced a patient on a nearby light rail bridge and parking garage levels while responding.
