Man falls near Elk Trail and complains of back pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were called to Elk Trail for an elderly man who fell the previous night, reportedly hitting his back and now complaining of back and arm pain. He has a history of hip fracture and Alzheimer's disease. It is uncertain if he hit his head or has other injuries.
