Reckless driving complaint on Highway 26

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a gold Buick Lucerne with a Nebraska plate driving eastbound from Minatare on Highway 26, reportedly cutting off other vehicles and having trouble staying in its lane.
