Elderly man found unresponsive on couch at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are dispatched to a reported medical emergency at a home near Lincoln Street Southeast in Minerva, where a neighbor reports an approximately 80-year-old man is unresponsive on a couch and cannot be reached. The county sheriff’s office is also responding to assist.
