Diabetic-related medical call and suicidal person reported near Maple St apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS is requested for two separate calls at the same apartment complex near Maple St. One is for an elderly male with a possible diabetic emergency and shaking (reportedly only visible through a window). The second is for a suicidal female in another apartment at the same complex.
