Truck with front-end damage found at 4th and Merrifield

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a vehicle with front-end damage that was reported near Pirate Cove and later located near the intersection of 4th Street and Merrifield Avenue. The vehicle may have struck utility poles while traveling toward Delmar.
