Lift assist requested at Mohave Valley residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a lift assist was requested near (number withheld) East Parkside Drive. Unit Engine 821 initially responded but then went out of service due to mechanical issues. Medic 811 was canceled and Medic 11 was sent to assist.
