False commercial fire alarm at El Rio Golf Club

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and a battalion chief were sent to a reported commercial fire alarm at a golf club near Paseo El Rio. On arrival they found no active alarm, and a technician on site reported it was a false alarm. Separately, medics were dispatched to a fall at a residence on Clearwater Drive.
