Unresponsive woman found breathing in alleyway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Pennsylvania Avenue in Monaca for a possible medical emergency involving an adult woman found unconscious in an alleyway. She was reported to be breathing but not responding, after a passerby called it in. Police and fire units were dispatched to the scene.
