Man assaulted by wife found not breathing at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a 53-year-old man who was reportedly assaulted by his wife and was not breathing. The man was later located by law enforcement after he walked away and was found at the intersection of Fairley Avenue and P.E. Baysmore in Monroe.
