Tree on power lines causes outage on Bumstead and Robbins

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near Bumstead Road and Robbins Road for a report of a tree that had fallen onto utility wires, reportedly causing a power outage to nearby homes. National Grid was notified and is expected to respond. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate possible minor vehicle incident at a residence on Bent Tree, but no damage was initially seen and no report was taken at that time.
