Woman slumped over in vehicle outside Montoursville Wendy's

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female was slumped over in a vehicle outside a restaurant near North Loyalsock Avenue, Montoursville Borough. EMS and police responded but EMS later canceled when she became responsive and arranged a ride.
