Juvenile runs from parent near East Washington Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a juvenile who ran from a parent near East Washington Street. The juvenile reportedly would not get into a truck and was last seen running down an alley, followed at a distance by the parent in a Ford truck.
