Accidental cooking fire at home on Madison Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Montville responded to a reported structure fire at a home on Madison Road. Units found a one-story split-level house with no visible fire from two sides and treated it as a possible cooking fire. Crews checked the interior and determined the alarm was an accidental activation caused by cooking, and units returned to service.
