Police search for black Chevy pickup near River Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in multiple counties were advised to be on the lookout for a black 2004 Chevy 2500 truck with decals on the rear glass, possibly driven by an intoxicated person and traveling from Grant County toward the Moorefield and River Road area.
