Man aged 60 has breathing problems at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a possible breathing emergency involving an adult man near Hines Road and Nolan Road in Mooresboro. The man was reported to be conscious and breathing but having trouble speaking between breaths.
