Patient's pulse fluctuates; placed back on respirator

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a medical call involving a patient using oxygen through a nasal cannula. The patient’s pulse was reported as fluctuating between about 35 and 76 beats per minute. Responders later reported that the patient was picked up from the floor and placed back on a respirator. Units from fire and rescue and law enforcement appear to have responded and then cleared the scene.
