Man briefly trapped under vehicle in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a water company on North State Road 135 for a report of a man trapped under a vehicle in the parking lot. The truck was reportedly moved off the man, and he declined medical evaluation, so some units were told to disregard.
