it's not drug violation see might have pain and some just grab wrong pill but arkansas the people overdose and them self call for 911 no charge will be filed and if someone in arkansas see a overdose and the person that see it can call 911 for help and both party's of the situation there be no charges filed but if someone see a overdose and fail to to call 911 the person that see the overdose will charged attempt of murder or bunch different charges but if person overdose and fail to 911 well they be out luck 🤔 just fyi
