Man found deceased in vehicle with dog inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a vehicle on Groundhog Road for a report of a man in his 60s found deceased inside, based on information from a trauma nurse caller. Fire personnel and animal control were notified due to a dog also being in the vehicle.
