Patron gives unsafe rides in pickup truck bed

As discussed during the dispatch call, park staff requested rangers near Dakota Ridge at Red Rocks for a report of a man giving other patrons rides in the open bed of a pickup truck while driving around the park. The vehicle was described as a white Nissan pickup truck, and the passengers appeared to be getting out when the call was made.
