Tree blocking road after cable lines reported down

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch radio traffic indicates a possible road hazard near South Plum Street where cable lines were initially reported down. The scene was later reported safe with no power lines down, but a large tree still appeared to be blocking the road.
