Dump truck spilling gravel cracks car windshield

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a large red dump truck on Highway 71 near Morton Hill that was apparently spilling gravel and may have cracked a caller’s windshield while traveling toward Redwood Falls.
