Downed power line sparks grass and tree fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a broken power line along Shields Avenue in Morton that apparently set nearby trees and grass on fire. Fire crews responded, worked near a trailer, and focused on protecting a nearby house. Power was reported out in parts of the city and a nearby traffic light was not working.
