As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies are attempting a welfare check on a brown Ford pickup last seen leaving a gas station area southbound on Highway 17 near Mosca, after witnesses reported two children inside screaming for help and saying they needed help, followed by the sound of a door slamming and cursing.
