Sounds like another overdose that area has a big drug problem, so nothing surprises me overdoses drive-by shootings very bad area that once was a very nice to live. I do not know why this person was unconscious, but I can tell you what neighborhood that I have visited and a very long time even though I have friends live there and I have no intentions of visiting I’m being cautious when I go to Baskin-Robbins because that is a very bad area in my opinion
