Loose dog kills multiple cats in Mulberry neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports that a neighbor’s dog in a residential area of Mulberry allegedly attacked and killed several cats and was seen roaming loose nearby. The incident was reportedly recorded on camera, and the dog’s owner is believed to live a few houses away from the location of the report.

I love how the neighbors threaten us, even though 6 kittens are dead, I feel like y'all let this dog out on purpose. I strongly believe the dog was let out on purpose. I can't wait to show the anamal control how the dog tried to attack me also. lucky for me, I can block. ide also like my stuff that you stole.
