Reckless driver reported speeding on I-17

Continuing ATL[1], last seen northbound I-17 from about mile marker 322 with a white Honda sedan with Arizona plate Charles Charles Adam (number withheld) .

They're advised that they're going 20 to 25 mi over the speed limit, cutting people off and almost ran into them.

End of ATL[1] at 1602 and DPS has been advised.
