Pedestrians in roadway on Federal Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of three elderly pedestrians in the roadway on Federal Street near a local auto business. One male reportedly attempted to jump in front of a vehicle, causing the driver to brake hard. The group was later reported walking along the right side of the road toward Peterstown near a lumber business.
