Woman falls from boat, suffers rib injury and breathes hard

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female patient apparently fell off a boat onto the dock near October Drive. She is conscious and breathing but has rib pain and difficulty breathing. The patient was located near a gray house with a gravel driveway.
