Accidental 911 call from Market Street address

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers managed a 911 open line that was later confirmed as an accidental call traced to a location on Market Street. At the same time, emergency units were sent to the intersection of Murray Road and Susquehanna Trail for a reported tree down in the roadway.
