Reckless driver in blue sedan stopped on Arch Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a blue Chrysler 300 driving recklessly, including going into a ditch, after turning onto Lafayette Street in New Bethlehem. An officer later stopped the vehicle on Arch Street.
