Person found after suspected poisoning near Arch and Walnut

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible poisoning or ingestion near Arch Street and Walnut Street in New Britain. Officers searched the Central Park area near the police department and reported they eventually located the person near a store corner.
