Neighbors argue and fire fireworks at each other

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible disorderly conduct incident near Union Street involving two male neighbors arguing and reportedly shooting fireworks toward each other. Multiple nearby residents also called about the disturbance.
