Inmate injured after altercation in trailer area

As discussed during the dispatch call, staff at a New Waverly correctional facility reported an apparent inmate altercation in a trailer area, with one person on the ground and trapped. Personnel requested a nurse and medical pre-assessments for two involved individuals, and were directed to check nearby restrooms and showers.
