Woman makes concerning comments at Chase Bank

Staff calling in a female, white female, gray hooded sweatshirt and black skirt, walked in the bank making odd comments, no weapon seen.

States people from a group home are following her.

Sounds like she belongs to a group home out of West Hartford, and the case manager just showed up there.
