Kitchen fire alarm at Bull Street building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported fire alarm at a two-story wood-frame building near Bull Street in Newport. An alarm company alert was relayed by a third-party caller in another state. Crews investigated on scene while some responding units were released.
