Male with stroke symptoms near Catherine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue units responded to a medical emergency involving a man with apparent stroke-like symptoms and altered mental status at a home near Catherine Street in Newport. Mutual aid and additional rescue units were assigned, and one rescue unit reported arriving at Newport Hospital.
