Report of intoxicated driver in red Chevy truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible drunk driver in a red and white older Chevy pickup with rust, last seen about 10 minutes earlier traveling toward Newport from the State Route 2 area. The driver reportedly appeared intoxicated while speaking with the reporting party and had a pit bull with them.
