Suspicious person waving at woman on Beacon Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Beacon Street for a report of a suspicious person dressed in black with a yellow vest, sunglasses, and a ski mask who reportedly stood at the end of a driveway and waved at the caller’s girlfriend.
