Speedboat sunk by dock at Nisswa rental property

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a water complaint near East Linden Boulevard in Nisswa, where renters at a short-term lakeside property reported a speedboat apparently sunk by their dock and were unsure if anyone was on board.
