Female having miscarriage at Norfolk apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to an apartment near South First Street for a 20-year-old woman who reportedly felt faint, was slurring her words, and was experiencing a possible miscarriage. Responders made contact with the patient and continued with a non-emergency transport.
