Erratic black sedan on I-91 after red light violations

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a black sedan driving erratically on I-91 southbound near exit 12 after the driver was previously unresponsive in a fast-food drive-through and ran multiple red lights. The vehicle was also described as having a possibly misused Connecticut license plate.
