Unwanted guest involved in dispute at rural home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an unwanted guest at a rural property on East 300 South near North Liberty. The caller described prior eviction notices and said the man was yelling, trying to take a phone, and pushing. The man on scene reported that the caller had strangled and battered him the previous day. Deputies were sent to the address, with one unit backing up another.
