Pocket dial 911 call near Broadway and Willow

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible accidental 911 call near a local ballpark and the intersection of West Broadway and Willow Street. The open line appeared to be a pocket dial from someone walking in the area, later reported as moving along Willow and near 4th Street. The call eventually disconnected and there was no answer when dispatch attempted to call back, so officers were sent to check the area as a precaution.
