Domestic dispute involving drugs near Vancouver Ln

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near Vancouver Ln for a reported domestic disturbance. A caller said her daughter, (name withheld), was in a disturbance with her boyfriend; possible drugs were reported in the front seat of a vehicle and the boyfriend allegedly took her keys. The caller then could not re-contact her. A separate report advised a girlfriend had taken drugs, was not acting normally, and may be pregnant.
