Woman on ketamine has flashbacks and dizziness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Meadowlark Lane for a 49-year-old woman who had reportedly taken ketamine and was experiencing dizziness, shaking, and disturbing thoughts about her health. Another call at a different location was determined to be an accidental pocket dial, and officers also checked debris reported in a highway lane near Moreland.
