Assault reported near Payne Avenue in North Tonawanda

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an upper apartment near Payne Avenue for a report of an unwanted person and a possible physical fight between a man and a woman. The woman reportedly had injuries, and the man left the area on foot, possibly heading toward Buffalo. Medical response was later canceled.
