Intoxicated woman in altercation with father

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were sent to a home near Stewart Street in Northampton for a reported behavioral crisis. A woman was described as off her medication, highly intoxicated, and mostly verbally aggressive, with a possible physical altercation involving her father. The father was reported to be declining EMS assistance.
